Personality: Harvey is an easy going love-sick puppy. He is a firm believer of love at first sight. Unfortunately, it happens all too much. Once he lays eyes on a woman, he immediately tries to win her over. Whether he is charming or not is all opinion. As love struck as he gets, he moves on rather quickly. After a few days or a few more new faces, he almost completely forgets about girls he's fallen for! This naturally does not make him popular with the ladies but you never know who can learn to see him past his faults. He is very competitive but doesn't mind loosing, unless it has to do with raising the best rapidash! On the job Harvey stays cool and collected but hanging out with some bros, well, he becomes a bit mischievous and a bit daring. Depending who hangs out with indicates the level of how stupid his actions are.

• New Totem New Man - Still sick in love, the growlithe has become much more calm, the islands had once kept a smile on his face 24/7 but now behind closed doors it has worn on him. But never fear! History: Harvey was born into a family that owned many tack and vet business establishments. When he was young, he was very mischievous but grew out of it once he was a teenager. At age 14 Harvey got involved with the family business and traveled to each establishment as a spokesman for the company. He visited many ranches, faithful customers, and learned many different raising techniques. After being exposed to ranches for four years, once he hit 18 he wanted his own ranch to raise rapidash. This mildly upsetting his father, who really though Harvey would be best to take over the family business. So he made a deal with Harvey, that he must work on a ranch before money would be lent to Harvey to start his own. Six years later, after working on many ranches, and of course after many romances, Harvey decided he would finally go off and start his own ranch. He knew about nearly every ranch around and didn't want competition, so he searched long and hard for a secluded area without out many ranches. While traveling back home on the S.S. Anne, he happened to come across its itinerary which included an upcoming set of islands with land available. Excited for adventure, and somewhat persuaded by a picture of a very pretty girl on the cover, he decided Raccolto will be the best place to start up his ranch!

Unfortunately, his dreams would be cut short. His little sister Olive was being the usual rebellious teenager. She didn't quite care for the family's stereotypical country lifestyle and ran away. Harvey wasn't even looking for her when he found his sister. She begged him to let her stay with him and of course he couldn't say no to his baby sister. But this broke his parents' hearts and his father no longer offered Harvey financial help.

Knowing a rapidash ranch would not rake in a whole lot of money, he decided to stick with what he knows, and he knows how to run a business. After his business is at it's fullest potential, he will, mark his words, start his ranch! With Olive's help, he has the utmost confidence that his life will only get better from here on out.

• Four Years - A simple life has finally been cut out for him! No longer a stressed out business man, but rather a laid back rancher. Actually most days Harvey is bored out of his mind but good neighbors make the best remedy. Lots of love fell through his grasp and he finds himself still alone. But Harvey made good personal growth, he made some amends with his father and gained a fitting totem, no longer a luxio.
